DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered anywhere in New Zealand for a flat fee of $5

When you purchase an item from our site we will take care to package it up diligently to ensure it arrives safe and sound. We want your item to look as beautiful as it did when it left the shop. Please let us know if you want your item gift-wrapped before being packaged up. You can do this in the “note to us section” of the cart.

Please Note: We do not currently offer international delivery through our website. If you love something you see here and you don't live in New Zealand please email us at store@cosifantuttedevonport.co.nz and we will see what we can do to help you. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL OUR ONLINE CUSTOMERS: Because Cosi Fan Tutte Devonport is first-and-foremost a real-life retail store operating in the sunny seaside village of Devonport, Auckland, all of the products that are for sale on our site are also up for sale in our store. Every now and then an item may have sold in-store before we get a chance to update the online shop or before the buyer clicks “Buy”.

We may have to notify you that the item you ‘bought’ is no longer available.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cosi Fan Tutte takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace it for you. If you have bought an item of clothing or a pair of shoes and they do not fit you then we are happy to exchange these items for another, or to refund your money if no others are suitable. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims. If there are any problems we would greatly appreciate it if you would notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.  

Please contact us immediately via our Returns Form so we can notify the courier company.  If the product is faulty we will do our best to replace it.  If the product is out of stock we are happy to refund you.
